The Ministry of Petroleum and Energies of Senegal has awarded DORIS Engineering an advisor contract for the development of oil and gas projects offshore Senegal.
Focusing on the Grand Tortue Ahmeyim and the SNE projects, the two-year contract will consist of reviewing the optimization and robustness of the field development performed on these projects, ensuring that it is in line with the ministry’s expectations.
“This award is the recognition by the Senegalese Government of DORIS expertise in LNG and oil and gas deep-water projects. It is also the result of good communication with GES-Petrogaz and understanding their requirements,” said Nicolas Parsloe, CEO of DORIS Group, adding that the award falls in line with the consultancy missions that the company has performed alongside NOC’s in West Africa over two decades.
Further, the French company said the award presents a great opportunity to train Senegalese engineers on oil and gas deep-water developments and DORIS methods and tools.
